William joined the ECS team towards the end of summer 2023. He oversees ECS’s compost processing lab and helps with projects in the ECS workshop. Prior to joining ECS, William worked as a lab technician for Mill Industries and managed the PSLA food bank. He has worked an array of food-based jobs at grocery stores, restaurants, and food banks and he views working at ECS as another part of this food network. In his free time, William likes to ride bicycles, cook, dance, play guitar, and garden.
