SSO - Source Separated Organics
Determining the characterstics of the feedstock is pertinent to proper equipment selection and recipe development. Not all Source Separated Organics are created equally. For example, the yard waste collected in Phoenix is much different than yard waste collected in Seattle; and they range from very clean to heavily contaminated.
